Honor Sells Over 71 Million Smartphones in 2025, Achieves 50% Sales Growth
Honor has announced a major milestone in its latest New Year message, confirming that the company sold over 71 million smartphones in 2025. This marks the first time the brand has crossed this shipment figure, representing a year-over-year growth of 50%.
Following Huawei’s New Year update, Honor highlighted its strongest achievements of the year, signaling growing momentum in both domestic and international markets.
Strong Global Growth Drives Record Smartphone Sales
According to Honor’s Executive Management Team (EMT), the company experienced solid growth across regions. Smartphone sales rose 9% globally, while overseas shipments surged by 47%, accounting for more than half of total sales for the first time.
Honor stated that its China business remained stable despite market pressure, while international expansion became a key growth driver in 2025.
Magic Series Fuels Market Expansion
Honor revealed that it sold more than 10 million smartphones with a 10% market share, largely driven by the popularity of its Magic series devices. These smartphones are now available in over 17 countries, helping Honor unlock new revenue streams and strengthen its global brand presence.
One of the biggest contributors to this success was Honor’s strategy of offering larger batteries across its smartphone lineup, a move that resonated strongly with consumers and helped differentiate its products in a competitive market.
Honor’s Vision for 2026: AI, Premium, and Global Focus
Looking ahead to 2026, Honor plans to double down on AI-powered products, with a strong emphasis on user-centric design, youth-focused innovation, high-end devices, and global expansion.
The company believes that balanced growth at home and abroad will provide strong momentum for its next phase of development, potentially setting the stage for even bigger milestones in the coming year.
With rising global demand and a clear innovation roadmap, Honor is positioning itself as a major force in the global smartphone market heading into 2026.
